60 minutes. Evaluation of current dietary intake, individualized nutrient goal setting (macros or portions) for improved body composition and enhanced performance. 

All nutrition recommendations will be individualized to each client's food preferences, schedule, and activity level.

 
Clients will understand: 

• how to eat for optimal health and body composition

• fuel choices before, during, and after performance 

• nutrition strategies for recovery and injury prevention  

• nutrient timing for increased energy 

• hydration recommendations  

• body composition management 

• simple meal prep ideas 

• dietary supplements for efficacy, safety, and quality evaluation of diet

Allows accountability and continued support during dietary intervention. We will assess progress and overcome barriers to ensure success.

Individualized prescription of carbohydrates, protein, and fat.

• Average Intake (calories, protein, fat, carbs) - if you know it

• # Days/Week exercising  

• What type of exercise?

• How long duration

• Sedentary/Active Job (are you on your feet or at a desk)?

• Goal (lose fat, build muscle, increase strength, etc.)
